Welcome to the Ontario Piping Plover Volunteer Training course! Here you will learn more about Piping Plover, the importance of collecting data, and the basics of completing a Volunteer Monitoring Shift.
You will work through 7 short lessons, and complete the training with a quiz. The quiz isn’t graded, it’s just for fun!
This course will take around 20-40 minutes to complete, and we hope that it helps you feel more comfortable in embarking on your first (or hundredth!) Piping Plover monitoring shift.
