Signing In and Selecting a Project

Once you have downloaded the app, created a NatureCounts account, and registered for at least one project, you are ready to begin using the app to collect data! Locate the app on your phone and tap it to open. The first screen will prompt you to sign in using your NatureCounts account. After you have signed in, you will be prompted to start by selecting a region.

Tap “Select region” and choose the region(s) in which you will be collecting data, then tap “Apply”. You will see a list of all available projects in your specified region(s). Tap the project you are registered for.

Tap “Download” beside the correct region. Once your project is downloaded, tap “Enter data” to exit project selection and go directly to the data entry screen.
